We created a capability that tracks partial shipments and shows, in real-time, how many packages were received. Now, our client can check their shipment deliveries quickly to confirm every package was sent to their customer.
This capability is directly linked to Vtiger. It appears next to the “Quantity” field in the Sales Order record, allowing users to quickly compare the number of packages received to the number of packages sent. The field name is “Quantity Received” (see image).
