Reassigning organizations along with all records linked to that organization just got a whole lot easier. Boru has streamlined the reassignment process when a employee leaves and changing sales territories.
With this app, you can change the ‘assigned to’ for an organization, its related contacts and any designated related data which will save you tons of time. For example, If you have to reassign an organization, some planned activities and some documents, and then reassign the linked contacts and all of their planned activities and documents, it will take you about 5 minutes per organization. If there are 100 organizations, it will literally take you all day to reassign them all.
This app makes your reassignment process go more quickly and smoothly when a sales rep leaves or you are reassigning records for any reason.
Here’s how it works. Simply filter or search for the organizations you want to reassign. Then choose “Transfer Ownership” from the action menu. You will be prompted to choose the modules to reassign as well as the user to reassign them to. Click enter and all the records are set to the designated user immediately. That’s a few seconds versus a few hours to do it manually.
