You are paying for leads, wouldn’t it be nice to know, at a glance, if your sales team is actually following up with phone calls and emails. In addition, you probably want to see if the leads are being moved through your sales cycle.
Boru’s VTiger Lead Management Dashboard Graph helps with that by showing you the % of lead that have not been called or emailed (Red), versus the ones that have (Blue=Called, Yellow= Emailed, Green=Both). If you click on a section, it will open a list view of those leads in Vtiger. A mouseover gives you the counts for each section.
