  • 1. Your web2cal license is stored here. You can update it if necessary.
  • 2. You can choose the default type when creating the event. Every time you will create an event, it will default to the value selected. Note, you will still be able to select other values while creating the event.

  • 4. By default, it’s set to “Yes”, and every time you will create or edit the event, it will prompt you to send or not the invitation to the linked records. If yo hit yes, it will email an iCal invite to the linked entity(Account/Contact/Leads,etc..). If you will set “No”, then you will not be prompted to send an invite and the invites will NOT be sent.
  • 5. You can choose the default calendar hour size. In some cases, you will want it to be 2x+ so you can see all the fields displayed on the event.
  • 6. You can eliminate unnecessary entities from the drop down.

  • The module is flexible so you can select what fields do you want to see on the calendar view.
  • 1. Highlight the field on the left and hit add, and it will add it to the “Display fields” column. You can do that for all the modules below.
  • 2. When the field is added, it also shows up in the section below, where you can sort and move them around. Next to #2 I’m moving the field from the bottom to the top. The order will be reflected on the calendar view.
  • 3. You can also define if you want to see the field label, or just the value. In this case we want to see the field labels, so all the check boxes are checked.
  • 4. In addition, you can choose not to display field, if it’s blank, in most cases you will use this option, because there’s no reason to see the label while the field is blank.

  • This feature will allow you prompt warnings and messages when creating the event.
  • 1. Use “Add new Warning” to add the warning.
  • 2. Use “New Condition” do add a new condition and select the field from the drop down, select the condition and enter the value. The logic is the same as an sql query or default vTiger filters.
  • 3. Enter the message you would like to display when the condition is met. Note, the message will only be displayed when user tries to save the event.
  • 4. You can also allow to save the event even the message is displayed.
