- Create Quote Template
- Open any Quote in vTiger
- Click “Create Quote Template” in the “Actions” area
- New window will pop up and you will be able to create a “Quote Template” from the existing quote.
- Select the fields you want to save in the template
- Enter “Template Name”
- Save the Template
- Create Quote Template
- Open any Contact/Organization in vTiger
- Click “Create Quote From Template” in the “Actions” area
- Select the template you just created
- Once you hit select, it will open a new Quote window with all the fields/products pre-filled from the “Quote Template”. Save the quote and it will be linked to the record.
