We are currently working on an App that links Vtiger and the App together, thus having a greater range of use. Currently, when are pushing the contacts from Vtiger to the App, the contact contains a Zip Code. With this Zip code we are able to use in multiple locations within the App. Some of the examples are to use the correct tax rates and automatically populate the fields, in order to eliminate human error. To doing a simple job like populating a field with the correct county name.
All in all, by having more information in the Vtiger side for our contacts, we are able to push them to the app and have more functions in the app that will use this information and perform it automatically, and ultimately decrease the chance of having human error and evade going back into the app and correct the mistakes made.
