Vtiger 6 has a follow up event check box when you edit “Held” status events on your calendar. Due to sales people’s schedules of call after call, this tool helps by allowing the user to set follow up reminders for events so they never forget a call.
Unfortunately, this feature is not available in Vtiger 7, but we can add it to this version for you.
