Vtiger 7 Report – New Tickets Dashboard (Support Insights)

Vtiger 7 (as viewed currently in Vtiger On Demand), has a tickets dashboard they call Support Insights.  If you manage support via vtiger you will appreciate it.  Here is a list of the dashboard tiles:

  • Current Backlog
  • Average Ticket Age
  • # of Tickets Due in the Next Hour
  • Backlog By Date graph
  • Ticket Age graph
  • SLA Performance graph
  • Highest and least loaded agents
