One of new features I like best about VTiger 7 (as viewed currently in Vtiger On Demand) is the Touchpoints related list. As you would expect, it aggregates all the communication are you are doing with your clients
- Vtiger Emails
- Vtiger Campaigns
- Historical Activities (not tasks)
There are summary tiles above the list and you can filter the list by clicking on the appropriate tile or filtering directly with the list headers.
