We often create specialized customizations for clients that address their exact needs and improves overall productivity.
Our client who works with policies has constant status changes to those policies. This then affects many of their contact records in Vtiger because they have to search for each contact who has that policy and change the statuses one by one. Needless to say, this takes a long time.
To completely improve this process and make it virtually painless, we created a policy form. It allows them to:
- Search for the policy number
- Edit the status of that policy number, which then updates the status in every correlating contact record that has that policy
