On Vtiger Support Calls / Training we get asked a lot of detailed questions on using email in Vtiger. It’s important to know about the email signature in the user preferences in Vtiger. If your users fill in that field, the signature will be automatically added when using the Vtiger internal email composer to send emails. It will not be auto added when using Vtiger workflows to send emails. You need to use merge fields to do that.
