I got a Vtiger support call from a client recently about click action on email addresses in vtiger. When he clicked on an email address in Vtiger, it opened up the Vtiger email composer window versus his Outlook 365. The solution is simple, uncheck the Internal Mail Composer field in user preferences. when that is checked, Vtiger overrides your browser default.
