Vtiger Dashboard: Add the History Widget
I see a lot of clients’ Vtiger homepages that are totally empty. There are some really helpful widgets you can deploy that give you insightful, actionable information.
The ‘History’ widget is worth adding to your homepage. It shows all the recent activity going on in your system.
- New records added (contacts, orgs, activities, emails, etc)
- Field updates
- New Comments
By default, the widget shows all of the above, but it can be filtered to show comments only or updates only.
