Whenever our clients have questions or issues, we work our hardest to get answers and results. We recently had a client who was experiencing issues when sending emails to a group in Vtiger. Our Vtiger professionals were able to find a workaround to help this client.
The client wanted to trigger a workflow that sends an email when a field in a ticket was changed. Even though Vtiger doesn’t originally allow emails to be sent a group, our team was able to find a way around this problem.
Here’s how to fix it:
If you encounter this problem, when you set up the workflow, you must type out every email address in the group into the “To:” or “Cc/Bcc/” field. That way all group members will receive the workflow email.
